Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar and melted butter until combined. Pack the mixture into the bottom of a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread the filling on top of the graham cracker base.
Chill the bars until set.
Slice and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
